Dribbling - MINI KICKS - Pacman & The Jellyfish
Organization:
20x30 yard area.
Instruction:
All players running around in the area trying to avoid the Pacman.
If tagged by the Pacman, Jellyfish has to stand frozen with both hans on their knees while a teammate tries to come pat them free.
Progression: Add additional Pacman(en).
Regression: Make space bigger.
Competitive: How many Jellyfish can you eat in a minute?
Coaching points:
Avoid being tagged by the Pacman(en).
Look for, and sprint into the open space.
Try to feint and change direction against Pacman(en).

Dribbling - MINI KICKS - Pacman & The Jellyfish
Organization:
Same set up as prior screen
Instruction:
Same game as prior screen, now each Jellyfish and Pacman has a ball. If tagged, Jellyfish is frozen, and needs to be set free by teammate.
Progression: Add additional Pacman(en).
Regression: Make space bigger.
Competitive: How many Jellyfish can you eat in a minute?
Coaching points:
Avoid being tagged by the Pacman(en).
Look for, and sprint into the open space.
Try to feint and change direction against Pacman(en).

Dribbling - MINI KICKS - Pacman & The Jellyfish
Organization:
20x30 yard area.
Instructions:
- The Jellyfish are taking over the World, and have set up seahouses in 4 major cities (have the kids choose cities for each corner).
- All the Jellyfish must get from each city to city to relay news they've found about new cities.
- Jellyfish will dribble their ball as they travel and pass news on to the people in that city.
- If the Jellyfish get to the city, they are safe.
Coaching Points:
- Can they find and remember which city to go to?
- Can they get to the coty quickly?
- What do they have to lookout for? (The correct city, Other Jellyfish, Pacman, etc.)
Progressions:
- Add more Pacman(en)
- Add obstacles for the Jellyfish to swim around
Regressions:
- Make sea bigger
- Make cities bigger

Organization:

Goals
Instructions:
- Pacmen vs the Jellyfish
- First player in each line runs out and around their Pellet
- Ball is served to each player
- First to score in their own glass house gets a point for their team
Coaching Points:
- Quickness and agility to get out and around the pellet
- Head up to locate the traveling ball
- Good/positive 1st touch to get the ball out into space
- Head up to observe where goal is located
- Solid contact with shot
- Plant foot and follow through pointed at the glass house
Progressions:
- Players must score in opposite glass house
- Use only one ball instead of one each
