Set-up
Directional game 1-3-1 formation, wingers are neutral. The ball starts in the centre third. A forward pass into attacking third must be made to score. The forward pass can be played into 1 of the wingers, the ST or a MID who breaks out of the final 3rd. Creating a 2v1 in the final 3rd.
Progressions - must shoot within 5 seconds of the forward pass. 3 points for 1st-time goal. 1 defensive player can drop in to defend, creating 2v2
Coaching Points
If the run is straight, the pass must be angled
if the run is angled, the pass must be straight.
ST creat space between you and the DEF - peel away to create angles, don't always stay central, go where the CB doesn't want to be
W - make a diagonal run towards the goal

Why do we need to have diagonal passes to straight runs (Vice versa)? Much harder to defend diagonal runs/passes. Makes the defenders have to change their angles.

Set up
DEF 4-3 ATT 3-3. Phase of play game. To score a goal, the shot must come directly from the forward pass or cross from the forward pass. The run must start from behind the line.

Forward Run Rondo (10 mins)
Set-Up
Normal 4v1 rondo in the are. On the 5th pass, the ball must be passed to a player running forward toward the EMPTY rondo opposite. Everyone must then transfer to the new box and continue.
Progression: The defender can attempt to intercept or win the ball back after the forward pass.
Reward - One pass to the other box with no touch between means extra round for the middle player.
Restrict - Forward pass must be first time
