Method:
20x20 yards. Teams opposite each other.
This Drill is too incorporate body feints.
Teams alternate 'Feint' runs.
On whistle two players JOG to the centre cones.
One is the 'Feinting player' named just as they ready to take off.
His job is too trick the other player that he is going a different way than he does.
but he explodes then in the direction.

Method:
Set up area based on keepers ability to 'Bowl' pass out ball.
Keeper plays pass to player opposite to start drill ,
they must shoot on first touch.
if keeper saves attacker from his side can run in and keeper 'bowls' pass for them to run on too and try finish.
Coaching Points:
Purpose of drill is to improve the goalkeepers ability to distribute with the hands.
Use proper bowling technique.
Underhand roll to team mate.
Ball should not bounce but instead resemble a good short foot pass.
