Organization:
1. 20x20yds.

3. Plenty of balls.
Instructions:
1. Player perform following finishing techniques:
- Header
- Side volley
2. Players strike the ball to opposite player in group of 3.
3. 45 sec interval per player. Rotate clockwise.
Coaching Points:
1. Header: Sideways on, Contact center of ball with forehead, redirect with the ball while turning head with strike, the follow through is key for pace of shot.
2. Chest: Position body in flight of ball, Bend knees, Arch back and lift arms for Balance,Receive ball on upper chest, Withdraw chest slightly to cushion on contact, To take 1st touch away from pressure, turn upper torso in that direction.
3. Thigh: Use thigh not knee. (Use middle of thigh), Keep your eye on the ball, Cushion on contact by dropping leg as ball is connecting,Give ball a touch slightly in front of you to make speed of play quicker.
4. Volley: Keep your eyes on the ball, Toes down (ankle locked), Knee pointing at target (Accuracy), Power from knee extension.

1. Players dribble at cone and perform following skill moves:
- Single Feint.
- Single Scissors.
2. Players perform skill with partner in same path.
3. 2 sets of 1 min per skill (right & left)

1. Technical Sharpness in Distribution.
2. Postive 1st touch to cushion the ball.
3. Timing of Supporting Runs into the attack. (Meet the ball)
4. Crossing techique: Low-Driven
a. Ability to loop wide run to have the opportunity to face the 18 while striking.
b. As run is being looped: use the seconds to locate the runners inside the box.
c. Place plant foot next to the ball while facing players you will be crossing to.
d. Leg is placed at an angle to provide maximum follow through.
e. Toes are pointed down and facing away from ball. (Strike ball with Instep)
f. Ability to strike ball between top and center of the ball to provide low follow through effect.

Organization:
1. Setup as shown. (50x35yds middle zone)(15/20/15 yds wide zones)
2. 6v6+1 inside grid with 2 Flank Players for each team in the wide areas.
3. Team Shape 4-3-1 for both teams.
Instructions:
1. Players can only cross when ball is played in teams wide zone.
2. One pt for goal from shot - Two points for goal from a cross.
3. Wide players play non-opposed in their zones and Opposed in middle zone.
Coaching Points:
1. Ability of wide players to make looped runs to wide areas as soon as possession of the ball is won.
a. Movement: first movements are sideways to line - second movement is forward to receive ball - if ball is played backwards, recycle run back and wide.
2. Abiltiy to of #9/#10 to find central pockets to apply 3rd man principles in. Disguise check in with initial steps away from check in.
3. Speed of play is key. Can we play feet in central areas to unbalance opponent centrally and create time and space for pass to flanks?
4. Ability to recognize match situation. If numbers are joining the box, can we find runners in front or behind with backwards diagonal pass. (Early cross/pass to play through an unorganized backline)
