Players have a ball each and are positioned around the edge of a penalty area and are all given a number.
Two players without a ball stand inside the area and also a GK in goal.
Coach shouts out a number and the 2 strikers take it in turns to receive, control and shoot at goal. Point for each goal they score - maximum of 3 touches.
