Organization: Passing Drill. 4 on the outside, 2 in the inside
Instructions: Players inside must work hard for 1 minute and receive as many passes from the outside players as possible.
Coaching Points: Players must use lateral movement, to receive as many passes from the outside players as possible. Players must be on their toes at all times and be ready to receive and pass the ball back quickly.
Progressions: The two Players inside can use combinations, to make different plays, and get the ball back to the outside.

Organization: 5v3+1GK
Instructions:normal game rules attaking players must try to score defending team can transition to smaller targets
Coaching Points: Off the ball movement and use the extra two man to find extra passing lane and ulitmately the goal. Defense has to stay organized and try to win the ball back and counter quickly towards the small goals

Instructions:
based on 12 players per square . split the payers n half 6 start with the ball 6 without. 6 players with the ball will drible using variouse techniques then look for a pass to the players that are coming from the outside after fnishing an SAQ exersize.
Coaching Points:
dribbling touches
messi touch (outside pinky toe)
iniesta touch (outside to inside switching feet every two times)
ronaldo touch (bigger touch into space and sprint)
xavi u turn (sole part of the foot to drag the ball across the body then turn your hips once the ball has changed direction)
ronldo chop(inside surface of the back foot to pass the ball behind the leg of the front foot then excelerate away with the ronaldo touch)
