Objective :To practice different feints , side moves and change of direction.
Organization : 6 players outside circle, 6 players inside with the ball executing differennt feints, side moves and change of directions without collading into each other.On coaches command the inside player passes the ball to the outside player who dribbles in and does the same.
Coaching Points : players using both feet for all aspects of the activity.
- The players needs to try many different feints,side moves shown by the coach.
- Turns should be sharp replicating a movement away from a defender.
-accuracy and pace of pass should be directed to back foot indicated by outside player.
-communication in between players and heads are up.
- variation add cones or extra players as passive defenders while inside player does moves/feints.

Playing out of the back (15 min)
Set Up: Attacking team must play through each 1/3 to score. 2v2in end 1/3. 2v2 + a floater in middle. Man who passes ball into next third can go in to create over load.
Variations: 2 touch
Coaching Points: Offcer angels of support, communication, move the ball quickly

SetUp
30x50 field split into two zones, 10x30 neutral zone, two goals
Organization
Yellow team is the possession team, black team are defenders. Yellow attackers play positional possession in the area vs 2 black defenders (5v2). Must make 5 passes before switching zones. Inactive defenders must stay in neutral zone until the ball is played into the other side. Can screen and cutout passes.
Progressions
1) Change attacking team roles
2) Transition - If defending team wins the ball they attack to goals
Coaching Points
Shape - Building out shape of 1-3-1 using GK, center back, def mid and wide players
Look to take a positive touch at all times
Body shape when showing for and receiving the ball
Angles of support off the ball
