Instructions:
- Player A makes a run towards B
- B throws the ball to A
- A controls and turns with the ball, then passes to next person at A
- A does a long pass back to the thrower
- Repeat sequence

- thrower throws the ball towards oncoming player
- attacking player has to control the ball and then pass it back to the thrower
- repeat
Coaching points:
- communication very important from the attacker
- attack empty space with speed
