Organization:
1.36 x 44 yard area, set up as shown
2.12 players (2 teams and 2 GK)
3.Multiple balls behind each goal
Instructions:
1.Teams play 2v2 with the objective to score in the oppositions goal
2.Scoring team stays and a new two players enter the game – losing team joins the back of their teams line
3.The new team always starts with the ball from their goal keeper
4.If no goal is scored after 90seconds then both teams rotate
5.First team to score 10 goals wins

2.Create space and create angle of approach
3.Correct shooting technique
4.Decision making
5.Support play
6.Power vs. Placement
Progression:
1.P – Increase to 3v3
2.P – Can’t pass backwards

3.1 ball (Additional around the outside)
4.Markers to indicate halfway line and restriction zones
Instructions:
1.Each team plays 3v3 in the attacking and defensive half of the field
2.Players are restricted to moving only in their zone
3.Each team attempts to score on their opponent’s goal
Coaching Points:
1.Counter quickly on transition before opposition can organize
2.If counter is not on maintain possession
3.Maintain width and depth when attacking
4.2nd attacker to offer support
5.3rd attacker to play away from the ball or make attacking runs in behind
6.Play at speed
Progressions:
P – Remove restriction zones
R – Allow defenders free pass out of defense
