3 Reds take on 2 Blues and try and score
if Blues win the ball off the Reds which ever Red player lost the ball becomes the only defender blues have to complete one pass before they can score

Teams can stick or twist if they stick they try to win 6 points. If they twist they keep the 3 points for a win and go off the pitch.

Objective: To score from a CUT BACK.
BASIC STEPS TO FOLLOW:
Step 1: Create an opportunity /combination play or 1 v 1
Step 2: Move inside the box( clever quick runs and late runsin the box)
Step 3: Cross low and accurate ( strikers pushes CBs away to create space in the box for another striker or MF to strike the ball and score
Step 4: End product- One touch finish and score.
Coaching Points:
Head up to observe the target
Getting hips around the ball and the ability to use this to disguise the pass
Proper Surface of foot (inside to the 2nd knuckle of the big toe)
Plant foot position
Pass ball on the ground
