On a half field have two teams. The defending team will have 4 players and the offense will have 5 players .
The objective of the exercise is to have the offense try to penetrate to the box and have a shot on goal and to make the defense stretch out.
In the defense (MAIN OBJECTIVE) is to have good defensive coverage by shifting and blocking the crosses from the wide areas. Also use the pressure cover. And have good field awareness

In this game we are progessing and expanding the game.
In this exercise we are adding flags on each side of the goal for the offense to score.
The purpose for the defense is to have an immediate shift from left to right or right to left. to work on the pressure cover and the rotation of a good balance defense.

In this exercise the players will be 4v4. Offense v Defense
The defenders will start with the ball and pass to the offensive players. Immediately the defenders will go and pressure cover the offense and as well cover the wide area.
Obejective is to teach the back line to move foward and backward together. Also the team will learn to pressure and cover each other when defending the offense
