Explanation
In possession BLUE team will start with the ball on each restart. Looking to score in the big goal with highlighting the importance of attacking through wide areas.Black floater will play for the team in possession.
RED team out of possession will look to score in the goal on half way line upon winning posssesion. They only a maximum of 8 seconds to score.
Extra goal for scoring in wide channel
The coloured areas in wide channels will help players understand how the scenario changes the type of cross needed.
BLUE area - Chip back post, bent cross, early cross. Decision on type of cross depending on players positioning off the ball.
Shaded area - Chip back post, set back to supporting player.
Green area - Pull back, low driven.
