Warm Up (5 mins)
Warm up:
Split Players up on arrival into 2 even groups, give one of the groups bibs before the warm up to save time later on.
Give instructions yourself or ask the captain to lead the warm up, tell the players to warm up properly using suitable exercises e,g jog around the cones, high knees, heel flicks etc.
Get players to make sure they have stretched properly to ensure less risk of injury.
