Description / 説明 :

• The team having the ball possession has to give 6 passes or one pass between the 2 opponents to change the side. But the other 3 opponents also protect the midfield making a line defense.
• オフェンスチームはパス6回またはディフェンスの間にパスが通せたら逆サイドにパス、この時に真ん中のグリッドにいるディフェンスはラインディフェンスでブロックする
• If they achieve changing the side another 2 defenses will go to press and the other 3 will reorganize the line.
• 逆サイドにパスが出たらディフェンス2人はプレス、3人はラインディフェンスを作る
• If the defensive team gets the ball they have to change the side and the team who lost the ball becomes defense.
• ディフェンスはボールを奪ったら逆サイドにパス、奪われたチームがディフェンスになる

Organization / オーガナイズ :

• 3 teams of 5 players divided in 3 spaces.
• 5人3チーム 3グリット
• The 2 big squares are occupied by the attacking teams, and the space in the middle by the defensive team.
• 二つの大きなグリットはオフェンスチーム、真ん中の小さなグリットはディフェンスチーム

Sets / セット :

• 2 sets of 8 minutes
• 2セットx8分

Variant:バリエーション：

• At the second set 2 or 3 players can go to press and the rest protect the line. Each team decides with how many players press every time.
• 2セット目からは3人までがプレスに行ける、チームで状況を見極めてプレスの人数の判断をする
