This technical practice gives players an opportunity to use key passing and receiving techniques in an initially unopposed environment.

Practice give players an opportunity to use key passes and receiving techniques in a unopposed setting
Players set up as in diagram, with eight cones/mannequins positioned in the playing area. Players start by their respective cones/mannequins: players A and B represent Defenders or Forwards, depending on direction of play. Players C are Midfielders and Player D represent wide players / full backs
The ball begins with Player A. Their Frist touch is a trigger to start, Player B will move to open up space to receive the ball, Once that first pass is made, Player C and Player Don that side should open up to receive the next two passes in the sequence, before Player D completes it by passing into the first Player A on the far side
That Player A then finds the opposite Player B, for the pattern to replicate on the opposite side – as shown in diagram
