Session Organisation
The aim of this session is to work on the Welsh Wayprinciple of breaking lines. Within this practice the red attacking team willfocus on breaking lines with a priority of playing through the opposition usingour central midfielders where possible to connect play. The left and rightmidfielders will look to create width with our strikers increasing the heightof the field and create space for the central midfielders.
The ball will start with the red team centre back who willbuild play from the half way line.
Conditions, Challenges & Targets
The red attacking team will score 2 goals if theysuccessfully find at least 1 split pass in the buildup to their goal.
If they score without creating a split, therefore goingaround or over they will only receive 1 goal.
If the blue team win the ball they will aim to play intotheir centre forward and score in the mini goals.
