Organisation:

30x40 Area

(30 Wide x 40 Long)

Good Supply of Balls

Aim:

Attacking Team - Play From Gk and Work Ball into 9 or 10

Defending Team - Close Down, Win Ball Back and Play to GK

.

Rules:

1, 2, 3, 9 + 10 must stay on the outside of the area and are on 2-touch

Only 4, 5, 6 or 8 can play to 9 or 10 to start with - Progress to any Attacking Player can pass to 9 or 10

No limit on touches inside area

Spare Defending Team come on after 1 min 30 seconds

Coaching Points:

-Sidefoot Accurate Passes

-Sidefoot Close Control - Relax on Impact

-Move Ball Quickly - Two Touch if Possible

-Work Ball Around Area - Moving Defenders Around - Until Easy Pass to 9 or 10 is Available

-Keep Possession if Easy Pass Not Available
