Warmup on - dribbling and speed
(Volunteers to help set up cones as set out)
This diagram shows how to set up the pitch and how the players will use it.
Max 9 players on each half. 6 balls each half.
Set up cones identically on both side of the pitch. Don't worry about the colours.
One at a time (staggered), player on the start dribbles as outlined around the the red cones.
When they get to the orange cone, the pass to the next player without a ball.
They continue running through the yellow cones and join the line.
Set up cones as on the right on both sides of the pitch.
Bits to remember:
- Attack the cones
- Better you train, better you play.
- Take time if needed.

Pass and finish practice
(Volunteers to help set up and demonstrate)
Player A passes to either B or C
If B receives they pass to C and run around the cone in front of the goal
C passes through the two cones to where B has run. B takes a shot and returns to the queue.
A takes B's place.
