- It is very important to accuratley judge the distance of the pass ready for your next phase -
The player then runs through the agility ladder (predetemined steps, adjust to the level of your players - one foot per step, two per step, patterns etc)

Players collect their pass and attack the slalom poles.
This is where the accuracy of their first pass will either save them or cost them time. See Red team's accuracy compared to Blue. Players must work through all slalom poles, no cheating!

Players pass the ball back to their home base for the next player to begin

Player runs to collect a single cone, before running back to home base.
The next player can begin their run as soon as they receive the pass.
This will repeat until one of the teams returns all the cones to their base and are declared the winner!
