Exercise 2: Attached video from 9:40
Extend all 3 poles and cone a bit wider for second exercise
Bounces at 1, 2 and 3.
Then stays at 3 but opens up to receive first touch out towards orange cone. then partner comes in and repeat
Roughly working for 1min - 1min 30 before rest
Coaching points: Be aware which side of foot you are bouncing too. When teammate is coming into the exercise, don't come in too early, check in at perfect time so that you are not waiting in the middle
Progression: include a requirement that you must scan at pass 3 where pole is

Focus on first touch and passing.
Progression and coaching point: can we disguise when shifting ball to opposite direction. Body feint, body positioning etc
Progression #2: Coach to have different colour cones in hands, players every 2 or 3 passes to scan and read out colour of cone in coaches hand
Work for 1min to 1:15 before having a break
