This session we will focus on penetration to create goal scoring opportunities in the final third using the 9 in various ways
We will start with a focus on the characteristic of the 9 and how to be effective in penetration
we will then move on to adding a 10 and how the role of the 9 changes now they have options of support
lastly we will provide the option of an 11 or 7 & 8 adding the element of width and depth to stretch defences to create gaps for penetration.
Please Note: The sessions are built for multiple ages and contain levels begginer, intermediate & advanced so its up to you to pick the correct levels for your group and adjust the session accordingly and be aware you might not get through all of the activity's, allow the players to gain the concept and become more successful before you move on.
