4-6 Reps
-All rounds start with central server's touch or play.
A. GK gets around and deals with service below the waist and bowls back to server. Then drops right or left to recieve pass and play to opposite side in two touch
B. GK gets around and deals with service above the waist and bowls back to server. Then drops right or left to recieve pass and play to opposite side in two touch. Then follows pass quickly to close ground to mimick stalking (must get set when player recieves the ball)
C. GK makes breakaway save with outside server applying "pressure" Then bowls to opposite side and recovers to mannequin to deal with strike from central server

-handling technique and decisions
-Balance, footwork, and movement
-Speed of approach
-Stealing ground under control
-Attacking the ball quickly and pushing through the ball.

GK Starts in Position to Deal w/Shot from Top of 18yd Box
1. Strike to GK in savable zone, GK then runs out of the 6 yd box and bowls ball to one of the attackers.
2. GK Recovers into Goal and Deals w/angled ball with attacker running onto ball.
Progressions
1. First ball can be a through ball
2. Attacker is 100% live
3. Add more GKs to create initiate counter all.
