Title: Middle Third training in pairs - 20 minutes

Balls will be played from yellow luteal players who can play to any blue. Red's have to adjust if they win the ball 11/7 have two touches but must find possession team inside the grid. 6/8 in red are tasked with finding 5/4 and receiving a one touch set outside the gird to mimic the habit of FHFP quickly playing against a high line / moving out our low block.
Coaching points / plan for failure:
- Focus group will fail to shift when yellow is in possession - discuss defending being a mentality and what happens if we don't commit to this.
- Pressure on ball (Who)
- Get head down of attacked on ball
- midfield covering, sliding at same angle as ball
