SSG
Layout
Again keeping the setup from Tech and Skill only removing the centre cones we have a pitch with 2 running lanes and 2 goals.
CONDITIONS
TARGETS, PROGRETIONS/REGRETIONS
Players are split into 2 teams with a runner from each team in a runner lane. Aim is to pass ball round and try and score in opposite goal using the runner on there side. These runners are swopped over at half time to get both left and right wing play into effect.
Challenge 1 is to get all players to touch the ball before scoring.
Challenge 2 is to try and get a goal in a set time or number of passes.
Regretion is to split the centre box into 2 and have 2v2 in the boxes.
Progretion is to get a centre player to presure the wingers.
Adaptation to this game could be to get rid of the runner lanes and put the runners into the gaols as GK and have a 4v4 in the middle.
Progretion to this is to use the running lanes by passing into the lane and only the receiver is aloud in the lane.
Regretion to this game is to keep the GKs and have 3v3 and 2 neutral wingers.
LEARNING OUTCOME
1/ Players to learn the mechanics of passing and receiving.
2/ Players to understand we need to get into space and have the correct positioning to recive a pass.
3/ learning to play the ball wide
4/ Desision making
5/ Correct weight of pass

CONDITON
PROGRETION/REGRETION,CHALLENGES
During the technical session players are to pass the ball to the player in the middle and then the ball is played to the player on the opposite side.
Progression 1 is for players to follow the pass and any player on both ends can recive the ball.
progression 2 is that the players can pass to any player so now they can pass straigt accross and miss middle man but still following the pass.
Regretion 1 is to split up the teams and put a team of 3 in the middle lane to give the players more passing oppertunity.
Regretion 2 is to split the teams up into 5 groups of 2 and put them into a squar. In hear we could do some basic passing and receiving to see if the mechanics of the session in hand is being done correctly.
Challenge 1 is to get both teams to compete and see who can do the most passes in a alecated time.
Challenge 2 is to see if both teams can get all players to pass the ball with 1 touch. you could add on to this challenge to get them to do it with weeker foot.
