THE SESSION: Short, sharp passing with movement
Player starts at A and moves to receive ball. Player then plays pass back, alternating feet each time.
1. Right and left foot. 2. Same movement, but play the opposite side. 3. Bounce pass back and then play across your body. 4. two passes to each side,(one each side of the pole right and left foot). 5. Outside of the foot first touch and play pass back opposite side of the pole to the opposite side

THE SESSION: Quick movement with agility
Player starts at A and moves away from pole to receive a pass. Player passes back to coach and jumps over a mini hurdle and then back. Player then backs away and receives a pass (B) and continues process on opposite side. Once set and resting period is complete. Process is continued, but starting point is opposite side.

Passing and Receiving with reaction and movement
Player starts by RWTB towards the bounce wall and hitting a firm pass to the bounce wall (Dia A). As ball rebounds back to other player, first player turns ready to receive. Coach then calls a colour (cones are different colours) and original player RWTB around the coloured cone that was nominated. He then passes to next player who continues process.

THE SESSION: Passing and Shooting Prep
Player receives ball from coach, moves around cone and passes into mini goals. He then works back to the middle and receives another pass from coach. This time he turns on the ball and shoots at big goal. Continue working each side, remembering every time he returns to the middle, he turns and shoots at goal.

THE SESSION: Movement and Shooting Prep
Ball starts with coach, who plays a pass to Player A who moves towards the ball and plays a return pass. As this is happening, player B makes a looping run outside to in and receives pass off coach for a shot on goal. Play then starts again with player A and B swapping roles (staying on their alloted sides).

PASS AND MOVE FINISHING PREP
Player A starts by playing a pass to Player B. Player B then RWTB through the cones and prepares to cross the ball. At the same time, player A is running in and out of the mannequins and has to time his run to meet the ball and finish. Repeat process 5 times, then swap roles. Also swap sides and work on other foot.

THE SESSION: RWTB Awareness
Coach plays a pass to player, who receives back foot. Player then RWTB into cone grid (cones are different colours). Coach calls a variety of colours and player must dribble around cones in the same order as the coaches instructions. Once he completes that, he must RWTB through the end gates.
PROGRESSIONS:
Restrictions on what foot can be used (left/right).
