Organisation
Set up a suitably sized pitch for your players, with the players arranged into 3 teams, as shown.
How to Play
One team starts by serving the ball for a team mate to head across the line of defenders (who must only defend on the line).
The other team should attempt to keep a rally going, only using headers.
If the defenders can intercept the ball, they change places with the team that gave it away.
Progression
If the teams on the outside can make 5 consecutive headed passes the defending team stays in for another round.

Organisation
Set up a pitch as shown with 3 teams.
The Claret/Blue team defend the big goal and can clear their lines into the 2 mini-goals.
If any of the Yellow players receive the ball, they are encouraged to serve/throw the ball into the Red strikers, who must stay in the top half of the pitch.
The Red midfield players play appropriately (not everything has to be aerial) and can play anywhere.
Rotate all teams.

Organisation
Pitch is approximately 55 x 40.
How to Play
Claret/Blue team defend the big goal with a back 4 and a MF player. If they win the ball try to hit the coach (black) on the full. The Red team attack the goal and can use the floaters (Yellow).
Any ball which is headed out by the Claret/Blue to the wide floaters, can be returned to the Claret/Blue team OR returned first time into the area.
