The Dribbling Game
Create an inner box roughly 10x10 yards. around the outside of this box place eight cones/ pinnies as shown in the diagram. Try to have them in pairs so that their is two different options.
To begin the exersize have your players dribble in the inner box. The coach can introduce soccer related activities for the players to do while dribbline (toe taps, foundation, different turns)
Try shouting one color and then another a few seconds later to force a change of direction.
