Instructions:
3v2 with one small goal for each team to defend and attack, the blue player pass the ball to one white player then they go live, the white team combines before scoring, and the blue team tries to win it back and score.
Coaching Points:
- The quality technique of passing and receiving.
- The quality of the combinations to imbalance the defenders and penetrate.
- Triangulate in the space to create good passing angles.
- Spread out to exploit the width and the depth of the field.

Instructions:
5v5 or 4v4 depending on the number of players. each team is set up in a 2-2-1 formation, they cannot score before making 3 passes.
