Set Up:
-Same pitch without split zones.
-Reds set up in 4-2-3-1
-Blue 3-2-3
Exercise:
-As previous eercise GK on red plays out from goal.
-Reds look to get up the field and score in either of the small goals.
-If blue win the ball they can counter attack. If ball goes dead restart from GK.
-Play 10 minutes and then switch players around.
Key Points:
-Application of the ideas behind the drill.
-Can the team get up the field quickly.
-Looking for the girls to retain possession and restart if a channel of progress is blocked off.

Key Points:
-Players movments off at angles playing 1 and two touch football.
-Body shape when playing their passes.
Progrssion:
-After 15 minutes make it competitive with spare players acting as opposition.
