Organization: 2 goals on sideline, divide players into 2 groups
Instruction: 1 v 1 goal, coach feeds ball out to middle, players go 1 v 1 and must perform a turn before they go to either goal, if defender wins the ball, play transitions and they aim to score.
Progression: 1. Different start positions - laid down, sat down, on their knees. 2. Players must run around the goal before going out to get the ball.
Coaching Points: Close control, use your body to protect the ball, change of direction, be creative, and identify the space and accelerate into it

Organization: 4 goals, players divided up into 4 groups
Instruction: Coach feeds ball out to middle, players aim to score in any of the four goals.
Progression: 1. Players are designated a goal for their team and can only score in that goal.
2. Players play knockout by scoring on their oppositions goals. Once your goal has been scored on, you are out.

Warm up: Coerver Training (20 mins)
Organization: Small cones 15 yards from middle. Divide into 4 groups (one group behind each cone).
Instruction: 4 players start from each line. Finish at same line after going all the way round.
1. Jogging/Dynamic Stretching: Begin w/ light jog to middle around cone, jog out & join line to left. Shuffle left/right, run backwards, skipping, high knees, butt kickers, and dynamic stretches.
2. Footskills: Players dribble ball to middle go around cone and dribble to their left passing ball to next player (Right foot, Left foot, then inside/outside both feet). Repeat with toe touches to middle, boxers out. Rake Right in and Left out. Any footskills around cone (step-overs, scissors, 360)
3. Turns: Players dribble to the middle perform a turn and then go back to the same line.
