1 gate (2 cones)
Instructions:
At least 4 players per grid, two at each tall orange cone
Player who starts with ball passes through gate and sprints on either side of gate to join line he/she just passed to
Player receives and passes through the gate and then follows the pass
This is continious and timed
Add a scoring system

Receive the ball in front of you
2 touches - one out of your feet / one to pass
Accurate pass
Hard pass
