Balls start with Yellow Team (Attacking)

Instructions:

Yellow plays into front three
Back 4 step up to apply pressure
The non passing yellow CM joins attack
Hes tracked by a blue player
If blue win they go to score on goal
Yellows will always be attackers, Blue will always defend

Coaching Points:

Speed of play,
Recognition of pressure
Combinations in small spaces (Give and go etc)
Third man run
Shoot early when pressure is late
Play risky passes to strikers in space

Diagonal Line bottom left and bottom right
Balls served into 6 or GK to start.
Yellows Play to counter goals

Instructions:

Attacking team playing to big goal
#2 and #3 can Join attack
#opposition #7 #11 can recover as soon as game begins
If ball goes out restart from coach with #6 or served to GK for opposition
#2 and #3 if receive in the zone only have two touches encourages them to play
#6 3 touch maximum

Coaching Points:

Relationship between #2,#3 and #7,#11 don't ALWAYS go inside wingers can stay wide to play 2v1 if necessary
#8 and #10 Recognize when to drop out receive ball to feet vs when to stay and attack the box
#9 Checking to feet central then attacking box when ball gets wide

MUST PLAY DANGEROUS THROUGH BALLS TRYING TO UNLOCK DEFENSE
