Technique Progression:
1. Player 2 moves out of the inner circle to receive the ball.
2. Player 2 moves out of the inner circle to receive the bal turns and takes it back into the inner circle before passing the ball.

1. Look at target 2. Eye on ball 3. Angle of approach 4. Non-kicking foot alongside ball in a comfortable position 5. Strike Centre of ball with inside / outside of foot (Identified area of the ball) 6. Firm ankle 7. Follow through towards target

Skill: Make one of the teams defenders - 2 outside of circle and 1 inside (who must stay in the circle).
Defenders must block or attempt to intercept ball. Rotate dtfenders,
Challenges/Conditions: How many passes in 60 secs, 1 point for a complete pass, -2 points fora a blocked/intercepted pass - player in the middle must be in possesion no longer than 3 secs - use non-dominant foot - varie the part of foot you pass with.

Set Up - Circles are now removed. Game is now a 3 vs 3, 1 player from the 3rd team standson each end with the other in the middle as a neutral player.
Aim: Team scores points by passing from one side to the other, the team continues to score until they have lost the ball. The player in the middle is a neutral player and makes himself available to the team with the ball.
Progression - Scoring zones are added at the ends of the pitch, if the ball is played to the end player in that zone then it is two points.
Passing gates are added, 1 point for passing through the gate - once a gate has been passed through, it can't be used again until the ball has been passed to the player at either end.

Technique 1
Practice set out for 9 players bibbed on arrival (more payers can be used and following areas can be altered to suit).
Area Size: 20 yd diameter circle with a 10yd circle inside of it in side a 30yd x 20yd area.
Play starts with three players on each team passing from the outside, P1 plays the ball into P2 (who is to remain in the inner circle), receives the ball and passes the ball out to P3, P3 must move so P2 can see him making it easier for P2 to pass the ball to him.
