Organization:
Two channels, as above. Grid approximatly 30x25. Each channel is 12x30. 3 to 4 players in line in middle of each channel. All players have balls. Add additional channels as needed for numbers.
Instructions:
A) Players dribble their ball and preform a outside cut turn at the cones in center. They then dribble back to line after making eye contact with the next player. The next player can go when they make eye contact with player who is turning. Have players turn with both feet during activity.
Coaching Points:
* Correct Outside cut turn technique with both feet
* Stop ball with outside your foot to roll the other way
* Big touch out of turn to accelerate
* Eyes up after big touch to see the field
Progressions:
P1: Add a relay into the technical reps. Each channel must preform 10 correct U turns. First channel to do so wins.
P2: Add pugg nets to the relay (as above). First team to score 7 goals wins.

Organization:
As above. Grid approx 30x30. Add grids and adjust space as needed. Two lines of players, one with the balls as above. Two pugg goals as above, with closest goal to the lines at a angle.
Instructions:
Players make eye contact and the game starts on attacker's first touch of the ball. Attacking player can score at either goal for a point. Defenders can score a point by dribbling through the blue cone line opposite the pugg goals. Players switch lines after going.
Coaching Points:
* Timing of move/using defenders momentum against him
* Head up while dribbling/use of arms to feel defender
* Use body to protect the ball
* Dribble ball on far foot from defender
* Good technical execution of the outside cut
* Qaulity of finishing
Progressions:
1) Same game, near goal is worth 2 points if they score in it, 3 points if they preform a Outside cut turn on a defender to score. Far goal is worth 1 point. Defenders score the same way.

Organization:
Field 30x30 as above with pugg goals. Players play 3v3 or 4v4.
Instructions:
Soccer rules. Kick in's instead of throw ins.
Coaching Points:
* Using the body to protect the ball while using outside cut
* When to use body to shield ball during turn and when to bait the defender (ball in front exposed)
* Good technique to turn and passes to feet
* Eyes up to find pass (eye contact)
* Cue to use outside cut (when defender has momentum/when you need to keep ball on furthest foot from defender)

Instructions:
Players make eye contact, and game is live on defender's first movement. Attacking players attempt to run through the red side of the grid for a point (a and b runs above). Defending player tries to tag attacker for a point. Players switch lines after going.
Coaching Points:
* Building momentum in the defender before using a fake or turn
* Three options to score: 1) Beat defender with speed (run b above) 2) Fake defender (run a) and 3) Turn (not shown)
* Full speed during play
