 Introduction

2 teams of 10 players supported by 1 neutral player (N10). 

Condition

Attacking Team: build up from the back and attempting to score in the opponent's goal.

3 forwards are not involved in defense. 

Defending Team: attempting to get the ball back and starting a quick counterattack. 

Some players only playing in his own area (see the graphic).

Coaching Point

Principles: Penetrate Space. 

Switch play & 3rd Man passing line. 

Reaction after ball lost.(Transition Moment)
