Blue looks to attack centrally and organize against 3v3 in back
Red team looks to unbalance back three and combine in attack
Coaching Points
Red team - movement of front three | build with patience
Blue team - communication in back line and central mids
EPE (Warm-Up con't) (10 mins)
Conclude Warm-Up with Exposive Preparatory Exercise:
10 runs of 20yds maxing out at 100% of speed with 2yd deceleration area.
Rest: 20 seconds between each run
Note: if each run takes 2 seconds, lines could be 10 deep so you don't have to manage "timing" i.e. 1:10 work:rest ratio
