Organizational / Instructions - For the skill practice you get a partner and you standing across the court and you throw the ball to each other and you alternate between differnt throws and these are: Overhead Two handed throw, One-handed overhead throw and Fast Throw. There will be 14 people in the session so there will be 4 pairs on one side of the court and 3 pairs on the other side but at the start i will have everyone together and I will choose someone to help me demonstrate the drill. This will last 10 minutes.
Coaching Points - Try best to catch ball at all times.
Knees bent when digging.
Arms straight when digging.
Progressions / Adaptations - To progress and adapt this I would turn the throw into a volley pass and the catcher would Dig/Bump it back and you would try that back and fourth to each other. To progress that I will include a spike

Organizational / Instructions - For my Game Related practice I will be doing a spiking drill and this will involve a feeder at the net which will be me the coach. Particpiants will stand in a line and wait to spike after each person has hit they will collect ball and give back to the feeder and join end of line again. This drill will last 5 minutes.
Coaching Points -
Take off with two feet.
Left arm goes up while right arm is hitting ball.
Try hit ball at it's highest point.
Progressions / Adaptations - To progress and adapt this the feeder will do a volley pass to the hitter instead of underarm throwing it. This is more game like because you can't catch the ball in a game. After that I could add blockers to put pressure on the hitters.

Organizational / Instructions - For my conditioned game I will make it that you have to use 3 touches before spiking.
Coaching Points -
Communicate with each other
Be ready for the ball
Try your best.
Progressions / Adaptations - To adapt this I will make it that the ball has to go over the net each side before any team can attack the ball.

Organizational / Instructions - For my cool-down particpants will walk around the hall to lower heart rate and then get in the middle off hall and I will do stretches and they will follow what im doing. This will last 5 minutes.
