Description: 3 teams of 4. 1 team always playing as neutrals from the outside while they wait to play. Games are 2 goals or 3 minutes. Team who wins, starts next game from the goal they just scored on. 30x30 yards
Coaching Points: Encourage lots of shooting as space is small and nets are relatively close to each other; Neutrals have 2 touches maximum to not slow down game too much; Getting half a yard to shoot; Not too many touches as space is tight; Adjust number of players per team depending on skill/age

Warm Up - Finishing upon Turning/ Finishing on Half Turn (15 mins)
Description: Player A runs toward the middle mannequin and quickly changes speed to the mannequin on their left or right. Player A then receives from Player B on their back foot, around the mannequin, and proceeds to finish in either of the mini goals. Players can finish in either goal. Encourage 2 touches, 3 if needed.
Progression: Player A takes their first touch inside the mannequin before finishing (P2); Player A runs past the middle mannequin and quickly checks back and turns past the middle cone to score; Add a defender that can only pressure after Player A's first touch;
Coaching Points: Verifying that Player A is well positioned to receive on back foot (Angles); Quality of first touch; Using both feet and various parts of the foot (inside, outside, sole); Changing speed to creat space to change ball (slowing down, then speeding up, or vice-versa)
