Football/Soccer Session (Academy Sessions): Warmup Passing Sequence with Different Lines

Passing with different lines

4 squares, with even numbers between them. 2 players will be within the square where the rest are on the corners. 2 balls will be moving at the same time, at the opposite ends.

Progressions:

1. From the corner, they will find one of the inside players, who will find the other inside player, that player will play the ball to the next squares corner player.

2. Both inside players will go towards the corner player with the ball, one will get the ball and pass the ball back, whereas the other player will stretch the square to recieve the next ball, and they will then pass it to the other inside player, who will find the next squares corner player.

3. The corner player finds one of the players in their square, that player will then look to find the furthest player in the next square, the other player within the previous square will get the return ball and they will play it to the next corner.

- Awareness of the ball and your teammates

- Being on other passing lines than your teammates

- Crisp passes
