Set up: 10 yd square with lone cone in the center. Two players enter the center and face opposite sides while 4 players take position on each respective side of the square. The two balls start with players opposite those in the center.Rules/Gameplay:
- Players exchange wall passes with teammate on the outside of the square then using a half-turn, rotates clockwise to play the same with next teammate on the adjacent side.
- Players can also make full-turns to teammate on the opposite side of the square, but only if their opponent is not occupying that side (great way to catch up if being caught).
- First player to catch the other wins. Loser stays in the square.
- If any teammate on the outside misplays a pass or otherwise cause central player to be caught, they are the next player inside the square.
CP's:
- 2-Touch receive rear foot (back foot - front foot)
- Scan to ID receiver / position of opponent
- Turn & release quick as possible with firm pass
- Light on your feet and ready at all times
- Move quickly after each pass
Progression/Regression:
- (P) Change the direction
- (P) One-touch passing
- (R) Make square larger

Setup: Cone off large rectangle approximately 40x20 yards. Separate into three groups of 4 players, two teams inside the rectangle and one team split into targets on each end with 2 neutral players in the center that will play with whomever has possession. Have sufficient number of balls spread out around the pitch so that play can continue as quickly as possible.
Rules/Gameplay:
- Possession switches when out of bounds.
- A point is scored whenever a team in a single possession incorporates both targets at each end.
- 5 minute rounds, switch teams after each round.

25 mins
Setup: Cone off of small square approximately 10x10 yards inside of a half field or large rectangular space with small goals placed at the corners. Split team into two groups, one of 4 players and another of 8 to 10 depending on size of group. Randomly select 2 of the larger group to go inside the square as defenders with the team of 4. Make sure plenty of balls are spread around the outside of the pitch so play continues as quickly as possible.
Rules/Gameplay:
- 4 grey play a rondo vs 2 pink defenders for as long as possible.
- 6 passes = 1 point, split of D = 3 points.
- If pink steals or if ball goes outside of the square, pink now maintains possession in the large rectangle for as long as possible.
- 10 passes = 1 point, split = 2 points; If grey wins back the ball and scores in a corner net = 5 points.
- If ball goes out of bounds, reset the entire Rondo with 2 new pink defenders in the middle.
- Play 5 minute rounds, switch players after each round.
