Instructions
Give each player a corresponding number with a player from other team. Coaches calls out one number and those players play a 1v1 trying to score in a net. Players get a point by scoring in the opponent's net. After a few minutes, have the players play 2v1. Red team will play a 2v1 for 3 minutes and then switch.
Coaching Points
1. Dribble towards defender at speed (Change of speed and direction)
2. Unbalance the defender (perform one of the moves we worked on before)
3. Accelerate past defender into open space
4. Be creative/brave to try new moves and attack

Instructions:
Yellow start with 2v1 attack - as soon as yellow teams shoots, the to red players beside the goal red team starts on the counter attack right away with two players. The player to last touch the ball on the attacking team leaves the playing area and the other one becomes the defender.
Progression:
- One of the attacking players can stay and defend after shooting while the other must touch the post of the goal they are shooting on and become a recovering defender

1. Dribble at defender at speed (Change of speed and direction)
2. Unbalance the defender and attack open space
3. Decision making ( when to pass and when to dribble)
4. Use other player as a support player or decoy

Instructions:
Each player has a ball and looks to dribble and explode into open space. As they dribble, introduce various ball mastery moves such as ball taps, sole role, v cut, L turn, stepover, body faints and more depending on skill level.
Coaching Points:
1. Head up to find open gaps to dribble between and into open space
2. Encourage use of both feet to control the ball while dribbling
3. Help correct the technique
