intro + gradual pressure (20 mins)

red player in the middle recieves a pass from the the blue feeder facing him when the feeder is playong the pass in they have to shout a colour and the recieving player has to take there first touch towards the colour shouted and dribble around it and pass it back to the feeder once the player has done this they then turn and recieve the ball from the player behind them.

Then this progresses on to once the feeder plays the pass in they shout a colour but they also go and apply pressure so the recieving player has to go around the colour and pass the ball to the free player behind them.

players swap every few minutes so that all players have a turn in the centre.

participants play a 7v7 possesion game in a marked out area. The only way the participants are able to get a goal is by passing the ball to one of their team mates and the player must take there first touch through one of the four gates on the pitch

Conditioned Game (20 mins)

participants are split into two equal teams of 7v7 and are set in a 2-3-1 formation. players play in a normal game but the condition of the game is that the players are only aloud 3 touches maximum which will make them think of there first touch and what direction they are going in
