Screen 1 (5 mins)

A passes to B, B will lay off into the path of A. B will overlap A and support right away C, C will pass back to B and B will pass into the space for C and continue this drill on the side.

Have 4 balls in play, play either 1 or two touch

Very intense drill if the level of technique is high

Level of concentration is high as well

Focus on a lot of techniqu, passing accuracy, communcation and 1-2 wall pass

Screen 2 (5 mins)

In this exercise I will have a blue team and yellow team to explain both scenarios of the drill.

With the Blue team, first he will pass to 2, 2 will check in and open his hips to recieve the ball, as he receives the ball he will pass to 4, 4 will receive and either do a 1 touch or trap lay off to 3, 3 will play the ball one touch to 4 who just made a 1-2 down the line and he will pass to 5. 5 will receive with right foot and turn the ball foward.

Yellow team will pass to 2, he will open his hips to receive and pass the ball to 3, who will check in to receive and will play 4 who will lay off to 3 and 3 will play 4 down the line and pass to 5 who will receive with his left foot and push the ball foward.

This exercise will work on the technique of passing receiving and moving.

Screen 3 (5 mins)

Passing box

Have 2 teams of equal numbers. The objective of the exercise is to pass the ball in a compact box (depends on the level, numbers of player and age) with some interference. This mimics the same situation with no pressure of a game. After every pass players should move out of space and give support for players.

1 touch only for 3 mins

1 or 2 touch for 3 mins

** You could have many variations in this exercise**

For example: We could ask players to receive the ball with the outside of the foot and pass with the inside and use boot feet.
