Session evolves around the 1v1 skill
(5-7 minutes)
1 - Tag game.
Players to choose a partner and face them divided in three lines. Three players in one side try to tag 3 on the other side as fast as they can. 3 points for those who can reach the other side without being tagged, 1 point to those can manage to tag opponent. Max of 7 seconds for the action to finish. Reset, another 6 players play tag.
Once all players in one side have finish tagging, verify points and restart with the other side trying to reach the end.
Coaching point: Introduce idea of different speeds and change directions (faint) to beat opponent.

2 - Moving the ball according to tempo (5-7 minutes)
Every player with a ball, coach claps hands rhythmically and players need to move according to the tempo coaching gives. Once he stops clapping, players score in furthest goal as fast as possible. Repeat with different tempos ask players to drible poles before scoring. Dribble 2, 3, 4 in progression before scoring.

3 - Changing direction (3 minutes)
In two groups. Players to jump over elastic landing in a single leg.
Repeat jumping with both legs together.
3.1 - 1v1s. Still divided in two groups. Half of the players face each other in lines. (10 minutes)
Player with the ball passes the ball to players without the ball and 1v1 commences.
Then reverse.
(2 mini goals where the poles were used can also have a group of players for such exercise)
Coaching points
- Coach about changing speed and direction to beat defender.
- Coach about tricking opponent pretending going to one side and then going to another. The essence of a faint.

4 - 2v2s. (10 minutes) Observe 1v1s during the games. Let them play. Wait for success of a player to intervene and coach using player as example.

Play a game last 15-20 minutes of session. With at least final 10 with no intervention.
