Handling Warmup
Handling Warm Up
- GK checks to line and receives a vollied ball from 6 and returns ball to 4 or 5. GK back pedals.
- 6 volleys another ball to GK and then distributes to 4 or 5 (underarm roll).
Coaching Points
Comminication between CB's and GK , build up a relationship between players.Switch keepers if more than 1 keeper.

Diving Warm Up
- GK sets behind coned line at top of 6 yard box.
- 6 shoots low and hard between cone and post.
- GK attempts to make save in front of line (to encourage attacking ball).
- GK saves, and retuns ball to either 4 , 5 or 6. Alternate shooters low and hard.

Contour Save
- A serves ball with over-arm throw (more accurate) or shoot.
- GK performs high contour save and distributes to 5.
- 5 shoots low and hard.
Keeper to attack the ball.
Loud, clear communucation - Keeper! RIght sided crosses requries right footed take off and vice versa. Catch ball at highest point possible with shoulders square from where the ball came.
