Objective: Improve ability of 6, 8, and 10 to move with and without the ball in relation to each other directionally..
Activity: Possession v Penetration. 6, 8, 10 run the show with this activity. Find ball, play ball and try to find penetrating passes between lines.
Coaching points: Communication, Awareness, play the way you face, scanning the field, passing technique, first touch to set up second touch, multiple levels, decision making.

Crossing game
Dutch 6 cone passing to warm up and work on technical passing and movement
Outfield players v. Keeper(s)
Orginazation:
Attack in groups of 3's
Keeper cannot leave 6 yard box until ball passes gate.
Corner service must come from beyond last corner cone and be the first touch once cones are cleared.
Scoring:
1 pt goal (1st time rebound count as well)
1 pt shot on goal (rebounds do not count as extra shots)
1 pt crossing through gate
Finishing is one touch only
Each round 5 minutes: Coach picks point target to determine if Keeper team or Attacker team wins.
