blue should make runs of the ball to get the ball into the second half adding the weak side run.

blue attempts to score going forward. if ball is lost counter press

1.)delay (immediate pressure to the ball/and or chase it down )

2.) secondary passes must be locked down with players pressing aggressively

3.) add a second player to the ball to win it and go to goal taking advantage of the unorganized defence

If blues score a second ball can be played into the red team to counter attack.

8 blue's

small sided rondo with reds in possession

blues work hard to press and win the ball (inside the small box)

if blues win it ( or reds play a poor pass outside the box) they can now play out to two the players resting outside for a larger game

the now larger blue team looks to keep possession while the reds press hard in a counter press to win the ball and go to goal.

pressure to the ball. forcing a single direction for the ball path

secondary passes marked and eliminated as free passes.

if the ball is pinned or has minimal movement options add a secondary player to aid in win a turnover and go to goal
