15x15 grid w/5x5 center grid
4 Rounds of 3-4 minutes w/1 minute rest (adjust time to fitness requirements)
Players divided up into corners
2 balls on each corner
At same time first player in each corner dribbles out around their adjacent cone on center grid then passes back to next player in the line they came from
Player then executes exercise at the station they approach
After completing exercise they then go to back of next line and continue
A) side step cones then do 2 footed hop over balls then side step next cones
B) 2 feet in each space on ladder
C) Side step cones
D) 2 feet in and 1 foot out of each space on ladder going across

(2-3) grids 20 - 30 yds long with 4x4 receiving area central
6+ players to a grid
1) A passes to B, B should receive ball while entering the zone
B receives on the half turn and plays back to the line he came from
B returns to the line he came from
A receives pass from B while entering the zone
2) A passes to B, B should receive ball while entering the zone
B receives on the half turn and plays back to the line he came from
B follows the pass back and receives short pass from the next B
B passes to A while entering the zone

5 yard wide attacking areas on each side
2 small goals on each end
Teams split as evenly as able giving attacking zones a numerical advantage
Wide players are unopposed in the their zones

Play in 6v2 and/or 5v2 in each grid. Starting with one grid then filling 2nd grid as players arrive
Play on arrival
Two 5 min intervals with 1 min break in between
All players and ball must remain in the grid
Run first session and take 2 min break and quickly emphasize how play is going. Ask the players what is working, what needs improvement. See what they can come up with to improve and build on their perspective
Run 2nd session and observe for understanding and working on what they came up with
