SMALL SIDED GAME: 3V2 TO GOAL MIDFIELD INTO FORWARD
The midfielder passes into one of the forwards and joins making it a 3v2 situation. The attackers try to score on any of the three mini goals The Defending pair attempts to dribble over the endline for a point.
Play for time. Rotate teams. Most goals win.

DEFENDING MIDFIELD BLOCK
4V4 with targets half field
Play starts with a throw from the goalkeeper. Attacking team gos to goal. If defending team wins the ball, they play either of the two targets for a point
Progress:
Add two small goals
Add two defensive midfielders and two attacking midfielders 6v6

TEAM HANDBALL
Two teams play against each other. Players pass the ball with their hands. If ball drops, it becomes the other teams possession. Players can't run with the ball, they only get three steps
Can't knock balls out of hands
To score, players have to pass the ball with their hands for a teammate to head it in (U14 and above)
To score for U10-12, players have to pass the ball to their teammate (target to catch)
For U14 and above teams:
Can also play "Throw-Head-Catch
Variation:
Can play where players can run with the ball. If touched, team loses possession
