Goal for exercice: 8vs8 +1N Team in possession will recognize the conditions for switching point of attack. Attacking team attempts to switch play and send one player into final phase plus 2 other attacking player to finish the action. Defending team must defend compact in the 2 zones closest to the ball carrier. Only one player from a defending team can defend in the into the defendind 3rd.
